Basically, if you want your PC to be fully secure and avoid HWID bans, you should ALWAYS use a HWID spoofer.

These usually occur once u get banned over 3 times, If you are hwid banned once running the game after around 30mins-2 hours you will get gamebanned. (to avoid this you need to use a hwid spoofer)

Server bans are just rust server admins banning your IP address/account you are on, to evade these simply get a vpn or change ipv4 address and get a new account.

The only method I know to decrease cerbs from banning you is to use a HWID SPOOFER and change IP. Cerb bans are also more likely to happen on fresh accounts than normal.
